ELIZABETH LEE
Chief Executive Officer

Elizabeth has more than 30 years of broking experience and has held senior management positions in several international broking firms for the last 20 years. She has developed in-depth knowledge of an extensive number of industries ranging from High Tech and Precision, Oil and Gas, Commodity Traders, Food and Beverage, Property Developers, Construction, Logistics and Transportation Industry.

Her expertise includes her finesse for developing and implementing international insurance program for local multinational conglomerates with global presence.   


LIM LING
Director

Lim Ling is a graduate of Nanyang Technological University who chose to specialise and develop her career in insurance. She has been in the industry for over 14 years.  She began her career in an insurance loss adjustor firm but found her panache for insurance broking.

Her broking experience has brought her insights into the High-Tech industries ranging from Multi-Media IT services to the Semi-Conductor Plants including the high-tech Medical Equipment Providers. Her other industrial experience includes Food and Beverage, Pharmaceutical and Statutory Board. In her 10 years with KIB, she has built her knowledge and expertise in designing composite insurance program including Employee Benefits packages for many local MNCs.
 

JERLYN ANG
Senior Manager, Marine

Jerlyn joined KIB in 2004 and very quickly decided that insurance is her calling. Working her way up from Junior Broker to specialising in Marine Insurance in 2008. 
In 2015, Jerlyn helped to set up a separate claims division focusing in bringing value to client in the area of claims negotiation and securing maimum claims recovery. 
 

She now heads both Marine Broking and Claims division. 

CHUA SHU REI
Broking Manager

Shu Rei has 10 years of insurance broking experience and started her broking career in KIB as backend support.

Shu Rei services accounts ranging from Employee Benefits and all Property and Casaulty lines. The profile of client is wide ranging, which includes food and beverage, leisue club, manufacturing, construction, non-profit organization and many others. 
 

TAN GER HUA
Broking Assistant Manager

Ger Hua has more than 10 years of insurance experience. Her portfolio of clients were largely Global and Local Multinational companies stemming from manufacturing sectors, food industries, information technology and oil and gas companies. 

With her vast experience, clients of KIB will benefit from her continual delivery of professional and quality service.

PRISCILLA ZHONG
Broking Assistant Manager

Priscilla completed her tertiary education in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from University of London. Her years of experience in Insurance Broking specialising in Employee Benefits Programmes, General Insurance, and Financial Lines includes handling wide range of mid-sized and large coroporate accounts from manufacturing sector, construction industry, food and beverage, Information Technology, Statutory Boards and others.

RACHEL LAM
Broking Executive, Reinsurance

Rachel has been in the insurance industry for over 3 decades. She started specialising in reinsurance in reinsurance underwriting companies from 1985. She joined KIB in 2002 armed with 17 years of reinsurance experience.

Her knowledge and relationship with the market place is invaluable and contributed to many of our successful large placements.
